Meet Luis

As Bull City Build's Broker-in-Charge, Luis leads our mission to build our client's future, whether it's buying, selling, or building. 

 He brings 15 years of experience in the construction industry, starting out building skyscrapers in NYC before moving to North Carolina to continue his career as a licensed real estate agent and general contractor.

Luis has been in the construction field since 2007 and a Realtor since 2016.  He brings a lot of knowledge to the table in a variety of ways.  Whether he is helping clients build new construction homes, helping sellers renovate and get their homes ready to be sold, or helping buyers when assessing the condition of homes; he prides himself in overdelivering and making sure your interests are well protected.  

Luis was born in Spain and raised in New Jersey.  He moved to the Durham area in 2015 and hasn't looked back.  He started his career more than 15 years ago therefore has been on, and watched, the roller coaster of an up and down market.  Throughout his real estate career, Luis has learned many lessons.  He know what to do, what not to do.  He watches trends in every angle of the real estate business, from quality of build to newly built remodels, from comps to inspections, from selecting contractors and architects, and negotiating with buyers and sellers.
